These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ledger Live web application operated by Ledger SAS ("Ledger", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ledger Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Ledger Live is a portfolio management interface that allows users to view cryptocurrency balances and manage assets associated with Ledger hardware wallets. The service is provided free of charge.

Ledger Live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of portfolio data, or compatibility with all blockchain networks. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and past performance does not indicate future results.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of cryptocurrency assets.

6. DeFi and Third-Party Protocols

Interactions with decentralized finance protocols (Uniswap, Aave, Compound, etc.) are executed directly on the blockchain. Ledger does not control these protocols and is not responsible for their operation, security, or any losses incurred through their use.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
