Why is Ledger Live not syncing?
Check your internet connection and refresh the page. If using hardware wallet via USB, ensure your device is unlocked. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your wallet.
How do I connect via WalletConnect?
Click "Connect Wallet" on the portfolio page, select WalletConnect, and scan the QR code with any WalletConnect-compatible mobile wallet app.
Why can't I see all my tokens?
Ensure you have the correct network account added. For custom tokens, use "Manage Tokens" in your account settings. Check that you're viewing the correct blockchain.
How do I view my NFTs?
NFTs appear automatically in the NFT tab once your Ethereum or Solana account is synced. Ledger Live supports ERC-721, ERC-1155, and Solana NFTs.
Is my seed phrase safe?
Your 24-word seed phrase is stored exclusively in your hardware device's secure element. Never enter your seed phrase into any software. Ledger will never ask for it.
How do I update Ledger Live?
The web app updates automatically. For desktop/mobile apps, check Ledger.com/ledger-live for the latest version.
Can I manage DeFi positions?
Yes. Connect your wallet to view Aave, Compound, Uniswap V3 LP positions, stETH, and other DeFi holdings. All transactions require hardware wallet confirmation.
Which Ledger devices are supported?
All current Ledger devices: Nano X, Nano S Plus, Stax, and Flex. Legacy Nano S (limited) and Blue (discontinued) have partial support.
